Urban pipe gallery equipment

The products of Luoyang Boteng Hydraulic Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. are widely used in bridge formwork, mainly in the following aspects:

1. Product types and characteristics

Luoyang boteng hydraulic machinery equipment co., ltd. specializes in the research and development, production and sales of tunnel bridge formwork equipment. its products are rich, including but not limited to tunnel steel formwork lining trolley, tunnel waterproof board trolley, tunnel ditch cable trough trolley, middle partition wall trolley, inverted arch formwork trolley, tunnel maintenance trolley, water conservancy and hydropower trolley, and urban subway city underground pipe gallery lining trolley, etc. These products are equipped with advanced hydraulic systems and walking mechanisms to meet the needs of different users of bridge formwork equipment.

2. Specific application on bridge formwork

● Template positioning and adjustment:

Luoyang Boteng's hydraulic formwork equipment can be accurately positioned and adjusted through the hydraulic system. In the installation process of the bridge template, the horizontal, vertical and height fine adjustment of the template can be realized by adjusting the expansion and contraction of the oil cylinder, so as to ensure the accurate placement and installation accuracy of the template.

● Walking and moving of the template:

The hydraulic formwork equipment is usually equipped with a walking mechanism, such as a self-propelled or sliding type. These devices can be flexibly moved and positioned at the bridge construction site to improve construction efficiency. For example, in the prefabrication process of T-beam, the high-stability overall self-propelled and sliding hydraulic formwork can walk vertically and horizontally. After reaching the established position, the height of the formwork can be fine-tuned by adjusting the cylinder up and down to meet the design requirements.

● Formwork assembly and removal:

Compared with the traditional template, the assembly and removal of hydraulic template is more convenient and quick. Due to the use of hydraulic system and modular design, the assembly and removal of formwork can be completed by a small number of operators in a short time, greatly reducing labor costs and construction safety risks.
